The American Bock from the Highlander Brewery in Missoula, Montana is the perfect afternoon delight in this heat, after running through the sprinkler a few times and then settling down in the kiddie pool then its time to pop the top on this brew. Slight hint of malt and caramel in the aroma, beautiful appearance in the glass, solid fresh flavors with a hint of fruity esters to the taste, which are clean and crisp on the palate. Another solid brew for the afternoon into late evening session beer!
