Topper’s Notes: I was first informed about this brew from a customer who had it with a Italian meal, it sounded interesting and of course I had to taste for myself. What a pleasant surprise! plenty of aromas in the nose very appealing to the eye has a chewy texture with good retention and the flavor profile follows from the nose to the finish. Prost!
